Shipping Times

Orders are usually processed on the next business day, and delivery times are as follows:
For metro areas: 4-6 business days.
For non-metro areas/country regions: 7-10 business days.
For expedited shipping (2-4 business days) charges will vary based on the size and weight of your order.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Order Cancellations

Should you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Since we strive to ship all orders promptly, it is important that you notify us of the cancellation by calling 1300 019 313 without delay. If your order has shipped prior to contact us, you will need to accept delivery and process a return/refund request as per our policy.
